FAQs

Do you have a question? Before calling us, please check if the answer can be found below, in our Frequently Asked Questions. Simply click the “+” on the right to uncover the answer to each question.

Do you accept new patients?

Some physicians accept new patients through the access portal. We recommend registering on the government of Quebec’s website at the following address: https://www.quebec.ca/en/health/finding-a-resource/quebec-family-doctor-finder

No appointments will be made directly through our office.

Do you offer walk-in services?

We have appointment hours specifically reserved for registered patients. You can schedule an appointment on our website or by contacting our office during regular business hours.

Can I get a request for an X-ray?

Any request (regardless of the type) must first be evaluated by our medical team. We ask you to make an appointment with your doctor or a nurse who will assess the relevance of such a request. Contact us

Do you provide pregnancy care?

Yes, we offer this service. Please contact our office directly for details or leave a message with the specifics of your request by phone at (514) 253-1211 or by email at info@cliniquemedicalecadillac.ca. You can also visit the section of our website regarding this matter: Pregnancy Follw-up

What is the wait time to see a specialist?

The wait time varies depending on the specialty and the condition for which you have been referred. Our office cannot provide specific information about this. We recommend discussing it with your healthcare provider during your follow-up, and please inform us if your health status changes so that we can reevaluate if necessary.

Can I speak to my doctor when I call the clinic?

To speak with your doctor, it’s essential to schedule an appointment with them. Due to a busy schedule and out of respect for other patients in consultation, even if the call is brief, direct transmission is not possible. However, rest assured that during your appointment, your doctor will be 100% focused on you and not on the phone with other patients.
