If they are no longer available, you can schedule an appointment with another member of the team. If there is no availability, we invite you to contact us via the website or by phone. How can I get my medications renewed?
We suggest that you contact your pharmacist to send us a fax indicating the medications to be renewed. We recommend scheduling an appointment with your healthcare provider to reevaluate your medication profile. Finally, you can leave a message with our team, who will assess your request and contact you for the next steps.
What should I do if my RAMQ card is expired and I have an appointment with my doctor?
The expiration date is located on the front of the health insurance card. If it has expired, you must contact RAMQ for renewal.

In the meantime, the doctor must be paid directly at the time of the consultation. An invoice will be provided to you so that you can apply for reimbursement from RAMQ if applicable.
